OMG my A/C is broke. It is approximately a million degrees in my apartment and I kind of want to die. So instead of going to Zumba tonight like I a good girl, I am going to take a very cold bath and drink some ice water in the hopes of not bursting into flames.

Summary: This story is a more modern version of the movie, 'Ladyhawke' so if you've seen it, you'll understand many of the plotlines. Jared is a 16 year old drop out who gets caught doing some vandalism and sentenced to community service with the evil mayor of NYC, Tom Welling. He escapes after seeing firsthand the level of evil the man and many in his household have steeped to (Please read the warnings given) and, after being chased by the corrupt PD, is saved by a stranger, Jeff Morgan. He finds out though that Jeff and the hawk he has with him are not your oridinary run of the mill group and is soon drawn into their world of magic, pain, and desperation as they work towards bringing down 'the illustrious mayor' with the help of friends. But do they end up together or does the curse's last act cause them to part ways permanently? This is a J3 fic.
Warnings: AU, OOC, underage sex, swearing, violence, slash, threesome, voyeurism, exhibitionism, rape/hinted rape, drugs, death, and various other things as the story progresses.

Artists notes:I loved Ladyhawke from the very first viewing, so when I saw this summary and that it was J3... I knew I had to create art for it! I really wanted something that would be repeatable through all the work, and I was browsing randomly for stock images and I found a beautiful shot of a lunar eclipse. Since that tied nicely into the fic, I snagged it and ran with it.
