Long story short = fandom challenge for the first 15 days of January. So I'll be posting hopefully at least once a day for the next few weeks. :D

Day 1 is to rec your own fanworks... Ummmm. /o\ Ok... ok, so yeah it's kind of a mixed bag.

Writing wise, I'm not really a huge fan of reccing myself but I really like Being Without Significance which is set in havenward's Greek Gods AU verse. It's my RPS take on the god Hades and I really like the feel of it.

I love participating in Big Bangs, and hands down my favorite images I've ever created for a Big Bang would be the artwork for caarirose's Between the Falling and the First Step is Love for the SPN J2 Big bang.

I've been bribing havenward to keep writing more of her original steampunk novel by creating a header for her layout for every 500 words she writes. I have to say it's worked out well in getting me new fic *grin* and I do like the style I've developed for the headers I've made for her. I've worked hard to keep some sort of cohesive feel to the group, and I think for the most part I've managed thus far.

And finally, I am fairly proud of my icon making skills. I think I've come a loooooong way since when I first started, and I am gonna rec my Dark Tower icons and the new set of bandom iconsfor MCR and FOB since that is probably the only bandom related item I have to rec this whole period *laughs*

I'll be tagging all my entries with "Snowflake Challange 2012" and I won't be showing this banner after today cause I think it's kind of big, lol. But I want to put it up just in case anyone wants to see what this is all about.

So I have to start off by saying this is all caarirose's fault. There I was, living a normal innocent boring a totally glitter free life and she had to ruin it all by sending me videos of pretty boys making out on stage. *grin*

And once I saw the pretty, I wanted more... which she evil-y kept providing. And the next thing I know? I am collecting pics and joining comms and making icons... the road to hell is paved with glitter and sparkles my dears, don't let anyone tell you differently. ;)
